대한적십자사 조직법 제13조(의결정족수 등)

① 회장은 전국대의원총회ㆍ중앙위원회 및 운영위원회의 의장이 되며 그 사무를 총괄한다. <개정 2016.12.2>

② 전국대의원총회ㆍ중앙위원회 및 운영위원회의 회의는 재적대의원 또는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석대의원 또는 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
