대한민국헌정회 육성법 제5조(결산보고 등)

① 헌정회는 매 회계연도의 세입ㆍ세출결산보고서에 해당 연도의 사업실적을 첨부하여 다음 연도 3월 말까지 국회의장에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 세입ㆍ세출결산보고서에는 국회의장이 지정하는 공인회계사의 감사보고서를 첨부하여야 한다.
