대한민국학술원 및 대한민국예술원의 회원수당 지급 규정 제3조(수당지급시기)

①제2조제1항의 규정에 의한 정액수당은 회원으로 선출된 날이 속하는 달부터, 동조제3항의 규정에 의한 직책수당은 회장 또는 부회장으로 선출되어 그 임기가 개시된 날이 속하는 달부터 지급한다. 다만, 임기가 만료된 회원ㆍ회장 또는 부회장이 그 임기가 만료된 달에 회원ㆍ회장 또는 부회장으로 재선출되어 그 달에 임기가 개시되는 때에는 그 다음 달부터 지급한다. <개정 1996.1.29>

②제2조제1항의 규정에 의한 정액수당 및 동조제3항의 규정에 의한 직책수당은 매월 16일에 지급한다. 다만, 수당지급일이 휴일인 때에는 그 전일에 지급한다.
