대한민국재향군인회법 제16조의5(명의 대여 금지 등)

① 제16조의4제1항에 따라 수익사업의 승인을 받은 재향군인회는 그 명의를 다른 자에게 대여하여 수익사업을 하게 하여서는 아니 된다.
