대학교원 자격기준 등에 관한 규정 제4조의2(자격인정과 자격기준의 관계)

제14조에 따라 자격인정을 받아 교원으로 임용된 사람은 그 직에서 상위의 직에 임용되는 경우에 그 자격인정을 받은 직에 해당하는 별표의 학력ㆍ연구실적 및 교육경력이 있는 것으로 본다. <개정 1998.2.24, 2012.2.29>
