대통령직 인수에 관한 법률 제14조(비밀누설 및 직권남용의 금지)

위원회의 위원장ㆍ부위원장ㆍ위원 및 직원과 그 직(職)에 있었던 사람은 그 직무와 관련하여 알게 된 비밀을 다른 사람에게 누설하거나 대통령직 인수업무 외의 다른 목적으로 이용할 수 없으며, 직권을 남용하여서는 아니 된다.
