Enforcement Decree of the Act on Protection of the President, etc., Article 4-2 (Time of Formation and Operating Period of the Protection and Safety Countermeasure Organization)

① 법 제5조의2제1항에 따른 경호ㆍ안전 대책기구(이하 "경호ㆍ안전 대책기구"라 한다)의 구성시기 및 운영기간은 다자간 정상회의의 규모ㆍ성격, 경호 환경 등을 고려하여 처장이 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
