대통령 등의 경호에 관한 법률 시행령 제38조(손실보상심의위원회의 구성)

① 법 제20조제3항에 따른 손실보상심의위원회(이하 "보상위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함한 7명 이상 9명 이내의 위원으로 성별을 고려하여 구성한다. 다만, 청구금액이 100만원 이하인 사건에 대해서는 제2항제1호에 해당하는 위원 3명으로만 구성할 수 있다.

② 제1항 본문에 따른 보상위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 처장이 위촉하거나 임명한다. 이 경우 위원의 과반수는 소속공무원이 아닌 사람으로 해야 한다.

③ 위촉위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

④ 보상위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 보상위원회에 간사 1명을 두되, 간사는 소속공무원 중에서 처장이 지명한다.
