대통령 등의 경호에 관한 법률 시행령 제26조(공로퇴직)

①경호공무원으로 10년 이상 성실하게 근무한 후 퇴직하는 자에 대하여는 예산의 범위안에서 공로퇴직수당(이하 "수당"이라 한다)을 지급할 수 있다. <개정 1999.12.31>

②제1항의 수당지급액은 다음의 산식에 의하여 산출한 금액의 범위안으로 한다.퇴직당시 봉급월액×{36＋(33－근속연수)×2/3}
