대통령기록물 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제15조(개인기록물의 보상기준)

①대통령기록관의 장은 법 제26조제3항에 따라 개인기록물을 수집하는 과정에서 해당 대통령 및 이해관계인이 수집에 따른 보상을 요구하는 경우에는 관련 분야의 전문 감정평가인 2명 이상에게 가격 산정에 관한 평가를 의뢰하여야 한다. 이 경우 그 대통령 또는 이해관계인이 추천하는 전문 감정평가인 1명을 선정할 수 있다.

②보상액은 각 전문 감정평가인이 평가한 평가액의 산술평균치를 기준으로 산정하되, 전문위원회의 심의를 거쳐 결정한다. <개정 2010.2.4>
