대통령기록물 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조의9(대통령기록물생산기관에 대한 열람 등의 지원)

① 법 제18조의3에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 대통령기록물생산기관의 장이 대통령 직무 보좌, 경호 또는 자문을 위하여 필요하다고 판단되는 경우로서 대통령기록물에 대한 열람 등 외에는 관련 정보를 확인할 수 없는 경우를 말한다.

② 대통령기록관의 장은 법 제18조의3에 따라 대통령기록물생산기관의 장이 법 제18조제1항제2호에 따른 열람을 하는 경우에는 열람 방법 및 기간 등을 대통령기록물생산기관의 장과 미리 협의하여 정해야 한다.
