대체역의 편입 및 복무 등에 관한 법률 제19조(대체복무요원의 복무기간 조정)

국방부장관은 현역병의 복무기간이 조정되는 경우에는 병무청장의 요청에 따라 국무회의의 심의를 거치고 대통령의 승인을 받아 대체복무요원의 복무기간을 6개월의 범위에서 조정할 수 있다.
