대일항쟁기 강제동원 피해조사 및 국외강제동원 희생자 등 지원에 관한 특별법 제20조(사무국의 설치)

① 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 사무국을 둔다.

③ 사무국장은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장의 제청으로 대통령이 임명한다.
