대외무역법 시행령 제54조의6(정부간 수출계약 심의위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 위원장을 제외한 위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 된다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

④ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(4) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 circumstances,서컴스탠시즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 acts액츠 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

⑤ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(5) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 are아 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 are아 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrent컨커^r런트 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 two-thirds투-^θ써즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑥ 위원회는 국내 기업의 이행능력 평가를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 소위원회를 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

(6) The^ð더 Committee커미티 may메이 organize오거나이즈 and앤드 operate아퍼^r레잇 a어 subcommittee서브커미티 in인 order오더 to투 efficiently이^f피션틀리 evaluate이^v밸류에잇 the^ð더 performance퍼^f포먼스 capability케이퍼빌러티 of어^v브 domestic더메스틱 enterprises.엔터프^r라이지즈

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
