대부업 등의 등록 및 금융이용자 보호에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조의5(과징금의 납부기한 연기 및 분할 납부)

금융위원회가 「행정기본법」 제29조 단서에 따라 법 제14조의4에 따른 과징금의 납부기한을 연기하거나 분할 납부하게 하는 경우 납부기한의 연기는 그 납부기한의 다음 날부터 1년을 초과할 수 없고, 각 분할된 납부기한 간의 간격은 6개월 이내로 하며, 분할 납부의 횟수는 3회 이내로 한다.
