대부업 등의 등록 및 금융이용자 보호에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조의4(영업정지 및 등록취소 기준)

① 법 제13조제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기준"이란 별표 2에 따른 기준을 말한다. <개정 2011.11.30>

② 법 제13조제2항제2호 단서에서 "일시적으로 요건을 유지하지 못하는 등 대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 요건(법 제3조제2항제6호에 따라 등록한 대부중개업자 외의 대부업자등의 경우 제1호의 요건 및 제3호의 요건 중 고정사업장 요건만 해당한다)을 갖추지 못한 경우(임원의 퇴임이나 직원의 퇴직 외의 사유로 제2호의 요건을 갖추지 못한 경우 또는 대부업자등의 고의 또는 중과실로 제3호의 요건을 갖추지 못한 경우는 제외한다)로서 6개월 이내에 같은 호에 따른 요건을 다시 갖추게 된 경우를 말한다. <신설 2025.7.21>
