대리점거래의 공정화에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조(분쟁조정의 종료사유)

1. 신청인이 조정신청을 취하한 경우

4. 신청인이 동일한 사안에 대하여 동일한 취지로 2회 이상 조정신청을 한 경우

5. 신청인이 이미 각하되거나 종료된 분쟁조정과 동일한 사안을 법 제27조제2항에 따라 준용되는 「독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률」 제80조제2항에 따라 공정거래위원회에 신고하여 공정거래위원회가 법 제19조제2항에 따라 그 사안을 협의회에 조정 의뢰한 경우

6. 신청인이 정당한 사유 없이 기한 내에 제11조에 따른 분쟁조정신청의 보완을 하지 아니한 경우
