Enforcement Decree of the Clean Air Conservation Act, Article 21 (Submission of Improvement Plans)

① 법 제32조제5항에 따른 조치명령(적산전력계의 운영ㆍ관리기준 위반으로 인한 조치명령은 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다) 또는 법 제33조에 따른 개선명령을 받은 사업자는 그 명령을 받은 날부터 15일 이내에 다음 각 호의 사항을 명시한 개선계획서(굴뚝 자동측정기기를 부착한 경우에는 전자문서로 된 계획서를 포함한다. 이하 같다)를 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 기후에너지환경부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출해야 한다. 다만, 기후에너지환경부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 배출시설의 종류 및 규모 등을 고려하여 제출기간의 연장이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 사업자의 신청을 받아 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2013.1.31, 2019.7.16, 2025.10.1>
