대구경북과학기술원법 제12조의7(교원인사위원회)

① 대경과기원의 교원 임용 등 인사에 관한 중요사항을 심의하기 위하여 교원인사위원회를 둔다. 이 경우 제12조의11에 따른 과학영재학교에는 과학영재학교 교원인사위원회(이하 "과학영재학교 교원인사위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2024.10.22>

② 교원인사위원회의 조직ㆍ기능과 운영에 필요한 사항은 정관으로, 과학영재학교 교원인사위원회의 조직ㆍ기능과 운영에 필요한 사항은 과학영재학교의 학칙으로 정한다. <개정 2024.10.22>
