Act on the Promotion of Win-Win Cooperation between Large Enterprises and Small and Medium Enterprises, Article 35 (Transfer of Large Enterprise Businesses to Small and Medium Enterprises)

다음 각 호의 사업을 영위하고 있는 대기업등은 중소기업과의 합리적인 역할분담으로 산업의 효율성을 증대시키기 위하여 이를 중소기업에 이양하도록 노력하여야 한다. <개정 2010.1.27, 2017.7.26>
