대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력 촉진에 관한 법률 제31조(중소기업사업조정심의회)

① 대ㆍ중소기업 간 상생협력을 도모하고 제33조에 따른 사업조정을 원활하게 하기 위하여 중소벤처기업부장관 소속으로 중소기업사업조정심의회(이하 "조정심의회"라 한다)를 둔다. 다만, 중소벤처기업부장관이 제38조제2항에 따라 권한의 일부를 특별시장ㆍ통합특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사(이하 이 조에서 "특별시장등"이라 한다)에게 위임하는 경우에는 그 특별시장등 소속으로 지방자치단체 중소기업사업조정심의회(이하 "지방자치단체 조정심의회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2017.4.18, 2017.7.26, 2026.3.5>
