대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력 촉진에 관한 법률 제15조(대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력지수의 산정ㆍ공표)

① 중소벤처기업부장관은 대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력을 촉진하기 위하여 대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력의 수준을 평가하여 계량화한 대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력지수(이하 "상생협력지수"라 한다)를 산정하여 공표할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 상생협력지수의 산정 방법 및 공표 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 중소벤처기업부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

③ 제1항에도 불구하고 중소벤처기업부장관이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 상생협력지수를 제20조의2제2항제1호에 따라 동반성장위원회가 산정ㆍ공표하는 동반성장지수로 대체할 수 있다. <신설 2013.8.6, 2017.7.26>
