다중이용업소의 안전관리에 관한 특별법 제10조의2(영업장의 내부구획)

① 다중이용업소의 영업장 내부를 구획하고자 할 때에는 불연재료로 구획하여야 한다. 이 경우 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 다중이용업소의 영업장은 천장(반자속)까지 구획하여야 한다.

③ 소방본부장이나 소방서장은 영업장의 내부구획이 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 기준에 맞지 아니하는 경우에는 그 다중이용업주에게 보완 등 필요한 조치를 명하거나 허가관청에 관계 법령에 따른 영업정지 처분 또는 허가등의 취소를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.27>
