뉴스통신 진흥에 관한 법률 제31조(사무국)

① 진흥회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 진흥회에 사무국을 둔다.

② 사무국에는 사무국장 1명과 필요한 직원을 둔다.

③ 사무국장은 이사회의 동의를 받아 이사장이 임명한다.

(3) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 general제너^r럴 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

④ 사무국장을 제외한 직원은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 이사장이 임면(任免)한다.

⑤ 사무국의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
