뉴스통신 진흥에 관한 법률 제15조(임원의 직무)

① 대표이사는 연합뉴스사를 대표하고, 연합뉴스사의 업무를 총괄한다.

(1) The^ð더 representative^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 director더^r렉터 represents^r레프^r리젠츠 Yonhap얀햅 News누즈 Agency에이전시 and앤드 supervises수퍼^v바이지즈 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

② 이사는 이사회에서 정하는 바에 따라 연합뉴스사의 업무를 분장하고, 대표이사가 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 순서에 따라 이사가 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 share셰어 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 Yonhap얀햅 News누즈 Agency에이전시 as애즈 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 when웬 the^ð더 representative^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 director더^r렉터 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 the^ð더 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf비해^f프 in인 the^ð디 order오더 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

③ 감사는 연합뉴스사의 업무 및 회계에 관한 사항을 감사(監査)한다.
