농촌진흥법 제5조(농촌진흥사업 기본계획 등)

① 농촌진흥청장은 농촌진흥사업의 체계적인 수행을 위하여 제6조에 따른 농촌진흥사업심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐 5년 단위의 농촌진흥사업 기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)과 연도별 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립하고 추진하여야 한다.

② 기본계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

③ 농촌진흥청장은 기본계획과 시행계획이 확정되면 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 지방자치단체의 장에게 알려주어야 한다.

(3) Once원스 the^ð더 basic베이식 plan플랜 and앤드 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 are아 finalized,^f파이널라이즈드 the^ð디 Administrator어드미너스트^r레이터 of어^v브 the^ð더 Rural^r루^r럴 Development디^v벨럽먼트 Administration애드미니스트^r레이션 shall섈 inform인^f폼 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 and앤드 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 local로우클 governments.거^v버먼츠

④ 지방자치단체의 장은 제3항에 따른 기본계획과 시행계획을 통보받은 때에는 지역여건에 맞는 농촌진흥사업 실시계획을 수립하고 추진하여야 한다.

⑤ 농촌진흥청장은 기본계획 및 시행계획을 수립한 때에는 지체 없이, 추진 실적 등에 관한 연차보고서는 매년 정기국회 개회 전까지 국회 소관 상임위원회에 보고하거나 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2020.5.26>
