농촌진흥법 제30조(농업 산ㆍ학협동사업의 추진 및 지원)

① 농촌진흥청장은 농촌진흥사업을 촉진하기 위하여 농업 관련 산업계ㆍ학계ㆍ관계 및 연구기관과의 협동사업(이하 "농업 산ㆍ학협동사업"이라 한다)을 추진할 수 있다.

② 정부는 농업 산ㆍ학협동사업을 원활하게 추진하기 위하여 매년 예산에서 지방농촌진흥기관, 농업관련 학교, 농업단체, 연구기관, 기업, 농업인에게 농업 산ㆍ학협동사업을 수행하는 데에 필요한 재정적 지원을 할 수 있다.
