농지법 제41조의3(농지개량행위의 신고)

① 농지를 개량하려는 자 중 성토 또는 절토를 하려는 자는 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시장ㆍ군수 또는 자치구구청장에게 신고하여야 하며, 신고한 사항을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 시장ㆍ군수 또는 자치구구청장은 제1항에 따라 신고를 받은 경우 그 내용을 검토하여 이 법에 적합하면 신고를 수리하여야 한다.
