농업협동조합의 구조개선에 관한 법률 제14조(관리기관)

① 기금의 관리기관은 중앙회로 한다.

② 기금과 중앙회의 회계는 구분하여 회계처리하여야 한다.

③ 관리기관은 국회 소관 상임위원회에서 요구할 때에는 기금의 운용 등에 관한 보고서를 제출하여야 한다.
