농업협동조합법 시행령 제5조(조합의 상임이사 및 상임감사의 자격요건)

1. 조합, 중앙회(중앙회의 자회사 및 손자회사를 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다) 또는 법 제138조에 따라 설립된 품목조합연합회(이하 "연합회"라 한다)에서 상근직으로 5년 이상 종사한 경력이 있는 사람

2. 농업ㆍ축산업과 관련된 국가기관ㆍ지방자치단체ㆍ「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관(이하 "공공기관"이라 한다) 또는 「금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률」 제38조에 따른 검사대상기관(이에 상당하는 외국금융기관을 포함한다)에서 상근직으로 5년 이상 종사한 경력이 있는 사람

3. 농업ㆍ축산업 또는 금융업과 관련된 국가기관ㆍ연구기관ㆍ교육기관 또는 기업에서 종사한 경력이 있는 사람으로서 제1호 또는 제2호의 사람과 같은 수준 이상의 자격이 있다고 조합의 정관에서 정하는 요건에 해당되는 사람

1. 조합ㆍ연합회에서 감사ㆍ회계ㆍ금융 또는 재무 관련 업무에 상근직으로 5년 이상 종사한 경력이 있는 사람. 다만, 해당 조합에서 최근 2년 이내에 임직원으로 근무한 사람(조합 감사로 근무 중이거나 근무한 사람은 제외한다)은 제외한다.
