농업협동조합법 시행령 제45조(회원 간의 분쟁조정 등)

① 중앙회는 회원의 건전한 발전을 도모하기 위하여 조합등 및 중앙회(중앙회의 자회사 및 손자회사를 포함한다)의 업무구역ㆍ사업영역 등에 관한 분쟁 등을 자율적으로 조정하기 위하여 중앙회에 분쟁조정위원회를 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2017.12.26>

② 제1항에 따른 분쟁조정위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 중앙회의 정관으로 정한다.
