Enforcement Decree of the Agricultural Cooperatives Act, Article 11-8 (Criteria for Exercising Voting Rights in the Election of the President of the Federation)

① 법 제130조제1항 후단에서 "조합원 수 등 대통령령으로 정하는 기준"이란 다음 각 호의 기준을 말한다.

2. 조합원 수가 3천명 이상인 조합은 2표

② 제1항 각 호에 따른 조합원 수의 산정에 관하여는 제11조의4제2항 및 제3항을 준용한다.
