3. 설립 후 농업협동조합 관련 법령, 농업협동조합 관련 법령에 따른 행정명령 또는 정관에 위반되는 행위를 함으로써 중앙회(중앙회의 자회사 및 손자회사를 포함한다) 및 그 회원에 대하여 재산상 피해를 입히거나 명예를 훼손한 사실이 있고 그 위반사실을 해소한 지 2년이 지나지 아니한 조합이라고 중앙회 이사회가 결정하는 경우
