농업ㆍ농촌 공익기능 증진 직접지불제도 운영에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제41조(정보 공개에 대한 이의신청)

① 제40조제1항에 따른 정보의 열람기간 중 열람한 내용에 대하여 이의가 있는 자는 별지 제22호서식에 따른 공익직접지불금 정보 공개에 대한 이의신청서를 작성하여 국립농산물품질관리원장 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장등에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2023.3.21>

② 제1항에 따른 이의신청을 받은 국립농산물품질관리원장 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장등은 서면 또는 현지 조사를 실시한 후 그 결과를 이의신청자, 공익직접지불금 신청자 및 수령자와 해당 농지등의 경작자에게 알려야 한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 정보 공개에 대한 이의신청에 관하여 필요한 사항은 농림축산식품부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
