농업ㆍ농촌 공익기능 증진 직접지불제도 운영에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제29조(마을경관보전추진위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 영 제38조제1항에 따른 마을경관보전추진위원회(이하 이 절에서 "추진위원회"라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 위원장 1명을 포함하여 5명 이상의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 추진위원회의 위원장은 제1항제1호의 위원 중에서 호선(互選)한다.

③ 추진위원회의 위원장은 추진위원회를 대표하고, 추진위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 추진위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 추진위원회의 협의를 거쳐 추진위원회의 위원장이 정한다.
