농업ㆍ농촌 공익기능 증진 직접지불제도 운영에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제14조(기본직접지불금 지급대상자의 등록)

① 읍ㆍ면장은 법 제14조제2항에 따른 기본직접지불금 등록신청을 받으면 등록신청인이 등록기준에 맞는지를 확인하기 위해 등록신청서 및 첨부서류의 내용이 사실과 일치하는지를 조사해야 한다.

② 읍ㆍ면장은 등록신청서에 조사위원회의 조사결과 및 제1항에 따른 조사ㆍ확인결과를 첨부하여 농지등 소재지를 관할하는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장등에게 제출해야 한다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장등은 제2항에 따른 등록신청서 및 조사결과를 제출받으면 그 내용을 검토한 후 등록신청 내용에 이상이 없는 경우 농림축산식품부장관이 정하는 기본직접지불금 지급대상자 등록대장에 등록하고, 읍ㆍ면장을 거쳐 등록신청인에게 별지 제4호서식에 따른 기본직접지불금 지급대상자 등록증을 발급해야 한다.

④ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장등은 법 제15조제4항에 따라 등록을 거부하는 경우에는 별지 제5호서식에 따른 기본직접지불금 지급대상자 등록거부 통보서(이하 "등록거부 통보서"라 한다)에 등록거부 사유 및 재심사를 신청할 수 있음을 기재하여 등록신청인에게 통보하고, 농림축산식품부장관이 정하는 지급대상자 등록거부대장에 그 사실을 기재하여 관리해야 한다.
