농어촌주민의 보건복지 증진을 위한 특별법 제22조(영유아의 보육지원 등)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 농어촌의 보육 여건 개선을 위하여 국공립 어린이집을 우선 설치하거나 그 밖에 어린이집이 설치될 수 있도록 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.
