농어촌 관광휴양단지 또는 관광농원(이하 "농어촌관광휴양지"라 한다)의 개발사업 시행자가 제114조에 따른 준공검사를 받은 때에는 토지와 시설을 분양하거나 임대할 수 있다. <개정 2018.12.24>
