농어촌정비법 제64조의5(빈집에 관한 자료 또는 정보의 이용 및 요청)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 또는 제64조의2제2항에 따른 전문기관의 장은 빈집실태조사를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 주민등록 전산정보(주민등록번호ㆍ외국인등록번호 등 고유식별번호를 포함한다), 국세, 지방세, 수도ㆍ전기 요금 등의 자료 또는 정보를 수집ㆍ이용할 수 있다.

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 필요한 경우 관계 행정기관의 장 또는 공공기관의 장에게 자료 또는 정보의 제공을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 관계 기관의 장은 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 자료 또는 정보의 수집ㆍ이용 및 요청ㆍ제공은 「개인정보 보호법」에 따른다.

④ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 업무에 종사하거나 종사하였던 자는 업무를 수행하면서 취득한 자료 또는 정보를 이 법에서 정한 목적 외의 다른 용도로 사용하거나 다른 사람 또는 기관에 제공하거나 누설하여서는 아니 된다.
