농어촌정비법 시행규칙 제33조(증환지의 대상 등)

① 법 제35조제3항제2호 본문에서 "농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 자"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자를 말한다. <개정 2013.3.24>

② 제1항 각 호의 대상자 중 증환지를 받으려는 자의 우선순위는 수혜자총회 또는 대의원회에서 미리 결정하여야 한다.

③ 법 제35조제3항제2호에 따라 영농 규모 확대를 위하여 증환지를 희망하는 자는 별지 제48호서식의 증환지 지정 신청(동의)서를 농업생산기반 정비사업 시행자에게 제출하여야 한다.
