농어촌정비법 시행규칙 제19조(실경작지 확인)

① 영 제35조에 따라 실경작지 확인을 받으려는 토지 소유자는 별지 제33호서식의 실경작지 확인신청서를 토지 소재지를 관할하는 동장ㆍ이장을 거쳐 시장(제주특별자치도의 동지역, 도ㆍ농 복합형태인 시의 동지역 및 광역시 자치구가 아닌 구를 둔 시의 동지역만 해당한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다), 구청장 또는 읍ㆍ면장에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 시장, 구청장 또는 읍ㆍ면장은 제1항에 따른 실경작지 확인 신청을 받으면 신청일부터 5일 이내에 사실 여부를 조사하여 신청인에게 실경작지 확인서를 발급하여야 한다.

③ 토지 소유자는 제2항에 따라 실경작지 확인서를 발급받으면 발급일부터 10일 이내에 농업생산기반 정비사업 시행자에게 이를 제출하여야 한다.
