농어촌 전기공급사업 촉진법 제3조의2(적용 대상 외의 지역에 대한 지원)

국가는 전기사업자 또는 전기사업자 외의 자가 제2조의2에 따른 적용 대상 지역 외의 지역에 전기를 공급하려는 경우에는 그 지역의 배전시설공사에 드는 비용과 자가발전시설공사 및 개체공사에 드는 비용에 대하여 제3조제1항제1호에 따른 재정융자금(이하 "재정융자금"이라 한다)을 지원할 수 있다.
