농어촌 등 보건의료를 위한 특별조치법 제6조의2(파견근무)

① 보건복지부장관은 감염병 또는 재해 발생 등의 사유로 의료 인력이 긴급히 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 공중보건의사를 다른 지역ㆍ기관 또는 시설에 파견하여 근무하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 같은 시ㆍ도 내 또는 같은 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 내의 파견은 해당 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 한다.

② 제1항 단서에 따라 공중보건의사의 파견을 명령한 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 그 결과를 지체 없이 보건복지부장관에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2024.9.20>

③ 제1항에 따른 파견근무는 제5조의2에 따른 배치기관 또는 배치시설이 아닌 경우에도 할 수 있다. 이 경우 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 보건복지부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다.
