농어촌도로 정비법 시행령 제9조(타공작물 관리자에 대한 공사시행명령)

①군수가 법 제11조의 규정에 의하여 타공작물의 관리자로 하여금 도로공사를 하게 하는 경우에는 명령서에 설계서를 첨부하여 이를 명하여야 한다.

②도로공사시행명령을 받은 타공작물의 관리자는 제1항의 규정에 의하여 도로공사가 준공된 때에는 지체없이 준공설계도를 작성하여 군수에게 준공검사를 받아야 한다.

③군수가 법 제11조의 규정에 의하여 타공작물의 관리자로 하여금 도로에 관한 유지관리를 하게 하는 경우에는 명령서에 유지관리요령서와 비용예산서를 첨부하여 이를 명하여야 한다.
