농어업재해보험법 시행령 제3조(회의)

① 위원장은 심의회의 회의를 소집하며, 그 의장이 된다.

(1) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 the^ð더 chair.체어

② 심의회의 회의는 재적위원 3분의 1 이상의 요구가 있을 때 또는 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에 소집한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 upon어판 request^r리퀘스트 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 one원 third^θ써드 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 or오 when웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 recognizes^r레커그나이지즈 it잇 as애즈 necessary.네서세^r리

③ 심의회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) The^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 open오우픈 its잇츠 meetings미팅즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 its잇츠 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트
