농어업재해보험법 시행령 제10조의2(보험료 할증 시 제외되는 손해)

① 법 제9조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기준"이란 별표 1에 따른 재해보험에서 보상하는 재해로 인한 피해의 범위 및 정도를 행정구역별ㆍ권역별 및 보험목적물별로 산출한 값의 상위 100분의 10에 해당하는 값을 말한다.

② 제1항에 따른 피해의 범위 및 정도에 관한 세부기준은 농림축산식품부장관과 해양수산부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
