농어업고용인력 지원 특별법 시행령 제8조의4(상해보험의 가입방법 등)

① 외국인 계절근로자는 입국한 날부터 15일 이내에 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 법 제14조의2제5항에 따른 질병ㆍ사망 등에 대비한 상해보험(이하 "상해보험"이라 한다)에 가입해야 한다.

② 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 장은 상해보험의 보험금 청구를 대행하는 등 외국인 계절근로자를 행정적으로 지원할 수 있다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 상해보험의 가입방법ㆍ내용ㆍ관리 및 지급 등에 관한 세부사항은 농림축산식품부장관 또는 해양수산부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
