Enforcement Decree of the Act on Fostering and Supporting Agricultural and Fishery Business Entities, Article 20-2 (Registration of Establishment of Company Corporations)

법 제19조의3제1항에 따라 회사법인의 설립등기를 신청할 때에는 설립등기신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부해야 한다.
