Enforcement Decree of the Act on Fostering and Supporting Agricultural and Fishery Business Entities, Article 18 (Investment Limits for Persons Other Than Farmers and Fishers, etc.)
① 법 제19조제2항에 따라 농업인 또는 농업생산자단체가 아닌 자가 농업회사법인에 출자할 수 있는 한도는 다음 각 호와 같다.
(1) The limit on investment in an agricultural company corporation by a person who is not a farmer or an agricultural producer organization pursuant to Article 19 (2) of the Act is as follows:
1. 농업회사법인의 총출자액이 80억원 이하인 경우: 총출자액의 100분의 90
1. Where the total investment amount of the agricultural company corporation is 8 billion won or less: 90 percent of the total investment amount;
2. 농업회사법인의 총출자액이 80억원을 초과하는 경우: 총출자액에서 8억원을 제외한 금액
2. Where the total investment amount of the agricultural company corporation exceeds 8 billion won: The total investment amount minus 800 million won.
② 법 제19조제4항에 따라 어업인 또는 어업생산자단체가 아닌 자가 어업회사법인에 출자할 수 있는 한도는 다음 각 호와 같다.
(2) The limit on investment in a fishery company corporation by a person who is not a fisher or a fishery producer organization pursuant to Article 19 (4) of the Act is as follows:
1. 어업회사법인의 총출자액이 80억원 이하인 경우: 총출자액의 100분의 90
1. Where the total investment amount of the fishery company corporation is 8 billion won or less: 90 percent of the total investment amount;
2. 어업회사법인의 총출자액이 80억원을 초과하는 경우: 총출자액에서 8억원을 제외한 금액
