농어업경영체 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제16조(지역농어업교육계획 수립ㆍ시행의 지원)

① 법 제23조제2항에 따른 지원을 받으려는 자는 지역농어업교육계획을 수립하여 교육을 실시하려는 해당 지역의 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신청하여야 한다.

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따른 지원신청을 받으면 교육의 내용, 기간, 대상 등의 적절성 등을 검토하여 지원 여부 및 지원 규모를 결정한다.
